As the dept. of education started shifting the pre degree courses from Universities to schools, the MIC was all prepared to launch a state of the art Higher Secondary School equipped with sophisticated labs, well furnished library and a team of ingenious and versatile trained post graduates in as faculty members. The MIC HSS inaugurated in 1995 has at present six batches with a total 500 students. Among the total students the majority are girls.
